As well as all of the normal product support capability you would expect from a market leading company we provide our customers with a direct line to the core product development team to ensure we listen to, understand and act upon your requirements.  The H2O support community includes customer spaces, collaboration groups,  a self help portal, FAQ section, Trouble Ticketing Platform and just about everything else needed to deliver industry leading support.   You are welcome to apply for membership as an H2O customer.
