This community is limited to existing H2O clients and our partners; it will allow you to report problems with your SODA or MINT CMS implementation that we will fix for you, it allows you to generate trouble tickets, request project updates and collaborate with the H2O development team and even tell us what features and functions you would like to see in future releases of our products!

In order to use the H2O Support Website you need a current support agreement with the team at H2O New Media.  If you have an active project you can collaborate, share information and make change requests with the H2O Team within your own project private group.

To understand some of the features and functions you can browse the menu to your right hand side, if you haven’t logged in yet you should apply for an account now which we will approve for you.  All of your feedback good and bad is made available to the community and we ensure 100% complete transparency.
